Its a template to layout artwork on a printable DVD. Its a simple action in Photoshop that creates a path for the inner and outer circle of a DVD and then creates a new layer with a clipping path to open images or artwork so that it can be centered on the disc. I use it alot when I have clients that purchase the files.
